Weekly Walking Group in Noe Valley

Start 2018 off right by joining the WholeFamily MD walking group!

Beginning January 11, personal trainer and nutrition coach Esterina Gentilcore will be leading a FREE walking group for WholeFamily MD members and neighbors every Thursday from 9-10am, leaving from the WholeFamily MD office in Noe Valley.

For the past 6 years, Esterina has been helping clients reach their health and fitness goals, whether it’s losing weight, getting stronger, or living a well-balanced life. Regular exercise is key and increasing the number of steps you walk each day is probably the metric best correlated with general health.

Five Benefits of Walking:

  1. Shores up your bones
  2. Strengthens your muscles
  3. Slows mental decline
  4. Reduces your risk for stroke
  5. Trims your waistline
