Start 2018 off right by joining the WholeFamily MD walking group!
Beginning January 11, personal trainer and nutrition coach Esterina Gentilcore will be leading a FREE walking group for WholeFamily MD members and neighbors every Thursday from 9-10am, leaving from the WholeFamily MD office in Noe Valley.
For the past 6 years, Esterina has been helping clients reach their health and fitness goals, whether it’s losing weight, getting stronger, or living a well-balanced life. Regular exercise is key and increasing the number of steps you walk each day is probably the metric best correlated with general health.

What to bring:
- Comfortable walking attire, including walking shoes or rain boots (rain or shine, baby!)
- Umbrella or sunglasses (weather permitting)
